Returns on purchased product** are accepted within 90 days of the date of purchase, a $20.00 Flat Fee and 15% restocking fee will be assessed before credit is issued.  The following guidelines must be followed:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is obtained from EJ Safety in advance of the product being returned. Call or email EJ Safety to obtain an RMA Number.



• Purchaser pays return shipping costs.



• All returned materials are received in resalable condition.

NOTES:

Custom fabricated products are not returnable.

** This Return Policy excludes all products that have been used and/or that are not in re-salable condition. Manufacturer and/or distributors cannot guarantee performance because we are unable to control and assure proper use. Manufacturer and/or distributors expressly disclaim any and all warranties not set forth herein, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and/or warranty of merchantability which might otherwise be applicable. In the event of a manufacturing defect, buyer’s remedy shall be strictly limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement. BUYER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES WAIVER OF ANY CLAIM AGAINST EITHER MANUFACTURER OR ANY DISTRIBUTOR REGARDING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOST TIME, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOST INCOME, OR OTHER INCCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Manufacturer and/or distributor reserve the right to make specification and price changes without prior notice or subsequent obligation.

MIS-SHIPMENTS AND EXCHANGES:

All shipping discrepancies must be reported to EJ Safety within 10 days of receipt of order. The customer must notify EJ Safety that an incorrect product was ordered or shipped and obtain a RMA #.

In the event of a mis-shipment due to EJ Safety's error, items are replaced at no cost to the customer.

Return incorrect items and order the correct products.

Incorrect items must be received in original packaging, with accessories (if applicable) in as-new condition with the packaging slip.
